Hypothetical Situation: If the athletic department were to get a huge windfall, such that it could fully fund the current capital campaign and thus start construction on all the planned facilities improvements etc., how much would that affect our future recruiting efforts? If we were able to somehow have the best "stuff", how high can we climb the pecking order?
