to tie and 14 to pass Tony Battie for Texas Tech's all-time leading shot blocker.

Keenan Evans' 1,169 points scored is good for 26th all-time. He needs...

6 points to pass Ronald Ross for 25th
64 points to pass Jaye Crockett for 24th
131 points to pass Koy Smith for 23rd

And if he just keeps his current scoring average going, He could end up as the 18th all-time scorer by the end of the regular season. A decent tournament showing and he could climb as high as 16th just behind Rayford Young.

I just can't get away from the feeling that we are watching the best basketball TEAM to wear a Tech uniform. The 1995-96 team featured great (by our standards) players: #4 all time scorer Sasser, #6 all time scorer Carr, #23 all time scorer Koy Smith, #30 all time scorer Bonewitz, lottery pick Tony Battie and Darvin Ham, but this team is deeper and even more athletic. This is special and we will see some career and program records change hands along the way.
