Yormark wants consistency on Targeting Calls

The Texas Arizona State call is not the only one I have seen where there was a flagrant targeting situation that was overturned by instant reply. I cant remember the specifics other games but before that happened I saw enough of them to decide officials just were not going to call targeting anymore on reviews. Officiating this year overall has been the worst I have ever seen and I am 77 years old had have been watching football for at least 70 years.
