When does abortion become murder?
The courts will have to settle this. When a fetus can live outside the womb it is viable.

A collection of cells without a brain is not a viable human. SO how do we find out or agree when a fetus can actually live outside the womb ?
the problem with this is when a human baby is born its brain is not wired. When do we become self aware?
