Texas Tech - Preferred Walkons (Football)

These are the preferred walkons listed on the just released Texas Tech football roster.

Colt Garrett (QB) 6'1" 180 Lubbock Roosevelt HS
Connor Killian (DS) 6'2" 235 Keller HS (Houston Miller's HS buddy)
IV Seacat (DS) 5'8" 193 Southlake Carroll HS
Ethan Davidson (WR) 5'10" 180 Houston Stratford (Jordyn Brooks HS buddy)
Kirby Vinson (DL) 6'2" 250 Lubbock Cooper

The one guy I think has the most chance to make some noise from this bunch is Kirby Vinson. I was actually hoping Gibbs might give Davidson a chance at defensive back since the last thing we need is yet another 5'10" walkon white guy at wide receiver. I think we probably have 20 other guys that fit the bill like that currently on the roster. Maybe he's not fast enough to cut it at defensive back. I believe Matthew Anunda is here at Tech but possibly not listed as a preferred walkon.
