-There is really only one point to note tonight, if Tech wins they advance to the Super Regional. Plain and simple. After an electric outing last night, expect more of the same as Tech looks to advance tonight versus a very good Dallas Baptist squad.
Game highlights from yesterday
-It took Tech some late-inning heroics to come away with the victory last night, but boy, were they exciting. Tons of big hits, but it was Ryan Long coming in in a pinch to get a 2-out, 2-RBI single to tie the game and get things started.
Stephen Smith's go ahead homer in the 9th
And finally, Hayden Howard's walk-off, pick-off (you read that right) to seal the 4-3 victory.
