So, we rented a house and we’re spending Memorial Day weekend in Half Moon Bay and thinking about spending a night on the way back in San Fran. Have two girls, 8 & 2. Little one is just along for the ride, but want to show the older one a few things like Golden Gate, Lombard street and not get caught up in a heroine den. Won’t have time for Alcatraz or anything that takes a really long time.
I actually cover the city in my territory, but with the shutdowns all year I haven’t really gotten a chance to explore outside of where my accounts are. So, anyone have any good recs for a family friendly area/hotel and some things to do?
I know Fishermen’s Wharf is pretty much a tourist trap (and probably attracts the beggars) but might be about what we are looking at since we’ll have the kids. Not overly concerned on budget, but want to keep it fairly reasonable.
