So I've got a boss that's a bit of a hot head. He's constantly flying off the handle about things. This is a real problem since he can usually find fault with the way someone handles anything.
I'm not used to having a manager like this and probably don't respond in the best way.
How would you recommend dealing with someone like that? Or is it the sort of scenario you would be looking for a new job?
