I think I remember someone here from Houston that does HVAC.
Aside from needing to replace everything before summer, in the interim, I've got an older 3-phase Trane unit. The outside unit isn't turning on, and apparently the "high leg" power isn't getting to the unit, so I'm supposed to call the power company for them to fix. Does this sound right or was the HVAC guy just trying to get home for dinner?
It's 85 inside and 78 outside
