Curious if any of my fellow Fort Worth folks have tried Heim Craft Barbecue? I read a couple of articles this week that had some great things to say about them and it sounds like they're building a pretty good buzz. Wondering if they're the next big thing in BBQ. Hell, they've got BACON BURNT ENDS for crying out loud. I'm hoping to give them a shot this Saturday if the weather cooperates.
