Michigan to hold football camps in Texas

Just saw a report that Michigan is taking advantage of the NCAA loophole that will allow for them to hold camps in Alabama and Texas. They plan to hold one camp at Grand Prairie High School. I understand Oklahoma and OSU trying to do this, but Michigan coming down here rubs me the wrong way.
