The lead question is this: Is a program rebuild a process or is it something that can happen overnight?
Let’s take the Indiana Hoosier football program historical results from 2020-2023
My point here is a rebuild can happen overnight in today’s college football environment. I honestly have a hard time believing, despite our very bad situation coming out of the Kliff/Wells era, that we were in worse shape than Indiana 3 years ago. It remains to be seen if the IU situation is sustainable.
