Watching the Hawaii vs Air Force game and saw mountain west refs make same mistake Big 12 refs made. Air Force center snapped ball with qb under center and qb was not ready. Hawaii Dtackle jumped on ball and refs said illegal snap. Are refs this stupid in college football? The center fumbled it, hows it illegal snap?
