Where else in Lubbock can you find stellar lamb chops? I worked on campus for around 8 yrs in the Chancellor’s office and was responsible for sending out the Christmas gifts on their behalf. I chose to send cuts of steak and their special blueberry sausage out as gifts to regents, donors, administrators, coaches etc. Figured that was a whole lot better than a candle or a photo.
