A lot of the praise tonight will go to D5 and Toppin (and rightly so). But I don't want us to gloss over what we got from Hawk tonight. An absolute master class from a 5th year senior PG. Stayed under control all night and didn't let Drake's intensity or defensive pressure faze him at all...7 assists, 0 TO's. 10/11 from the line. And down the stretch he was, as the GOAT SportsCenter anchor would say, "cool as the other side of the pillow." Hat tip to our Field General. One to the S16, baby.
