to spy on anyone, including citizens if they "feel" it is in the interest of National Security. So Rice and the rest of them have nothing to worry about. They could be questioned on the hill but they are not going to be in in danger and even political danger as their "side" sees nothing wrong with this.
In other words with what has been made public today (The obama regime spied and unmasked members of the Trump party) they get away with it. The best we can hope for is that most of us understand that Trump and Putin will not be vacationing together.
