She filed suit for over $100 million against the school and several players. She was raped by two players at an apartment party in '17 and it was recorded by a third who showed it to members of the team. The university owned the property. All involved students have left BU and surprisingly this girl has not settled. It sparked a Title IX investigation which validated her claims. This trial is handling the civil claim. It doesn't seem like a question of if she'll win a settlement, but how much. No idea how long this trial will take but I hope she takes it all the way to a verdict. After this long, it would seem like the last thing she'd want is a nondisclosure agreement.
