Brisket Stall

Was smoking a brisket and the temp "stalled" at 152. Took it off the smoker, wrapped it, and put it back on. Was still a little tough, but came out better than I had hoped for.

Questions:

1. Have any of you had a brisket stall out?
2. Is wrapping it how you fix a stall?

Bonus Question:

Who sucks more, Baylor or TCU?
