So I manage a relatively small office and we are hiring to fill a vacated accounting position. We typically do not perform background checks, but we are planning to at least do a criminal check on this position just because they will be dealing with $. Anyone have any advice on a website or company to go through for a basic background check? We had a candidate accept the job today so I would like to have the process wrapped up by Friday. I have already google stalked, but would like to take it one step further.
