Only bad part of my Santa Fe trip. Poorest customer service and management I have ever seen from American. We had a TSA Pre boarding passes and their was no apparent bag check so we get in long Ticket Counter line. They were taking about 15 minutes per person in line so I finally yelled at lady at counter and said all we need to do is check a bag I have my boarding pass. No sign anywhere she told me to go to Kiosk to do that. Took a good while on Kiosk and then there was another line and someone called out name. They obviously need to give some instruction or have 2 lines one for baggage check only and another to purchase tickets and resolve customer service issues. We go to Santa Fe quite often through Albuquerque and first time I have had a problem at that airport. Others were quite steamed about the situation.
