Headed out here this morning. Went over to the Engineering key to check out the TGE setup. For a guy like me it was perfect . Big beers were $7 each and were very cold. That place will be rocking when better opponents and opponents with a traveling fan base show up.
The game got really lopsided. Towards the end of the first half you could sense that any determination that Lamar had was stored away for another weekend. I believe the stadium was about 70% full until halftime. New replacement horse was excellent. Most of the folks in my section renewed- I've been in the same spot for years now and we have only lost 2 people. They are having kids right now so they have dropped out for awhile.
Beautiful weather today. I think next week we are in for a fist fight with Houston.
