5.4 2 Star - 5.6 3 Star

What is the difference between a 5.4 2 Star and a 5.6 3 Star.

Here is my question. I know our numbers are getting tight but, Traver Vliem of Midland would seem to be a great fit at Tech. I know NOTHING about the young man, but he retweets 2 of our Commits (Miller, and Smith) and I think I found him under players KP was recruiting at UNT.

Serious question, would love to know your opinions.
