Homeowners Insurance only went up 10% this years and Auto went down a little bit

Really surprised as the last 2 years it went up 20% each years and I have heard some other people say their's went up 50% lately. They raised the deductible to get it lower. I am with State Farm and I do bundle. My wife and I are both retired and we have the Mileage hookup on our cars and we do not drive that much. My Home Insurance is $4000 on a 2000 square foot home insured for 331K. I live in Coppell.

SPITBALLIN' Final Buzzer Feeling - DePaul pres. by Treeline Vacation Rentals

That was a strong second half from Texas Tech, and it amounts to a nice win over a better DePaul team than most expected. Was a bit distracted through it for other reasons, but some takeaways that are certainly wrong from someone who was completely locked into this one.

-D5 & Chance Takeover: Darrion Williams and Chance McMillian had a really strong night. Both strongly in double-digits from an offensive perspective and really effective with the ball in their hands. D5 was strong when he took it to the rack, as was Chance. Really good night for that pair who were really the motor.

-Tech rotations a mess early, improve in 2H: Defensively, I thought this was the best test of the year so far. This DePaul team really swung the ball with a purpose, playing extremely fast and finding ways to get Tech out of rotations. I thought that Tech was a mess after an excellent first four minutes, then really locked in out of the break. Curious on Grant’s perspective here.

-Strong in the paint sans Toppin: Really interesting that Tech was able to get pain touches, and it likely was that Tech was able to play with more spacing to drive it. Really strong night in the paint without Tech’s best paint player, which is really interesting. Will probably go back and watch some offensive possessions from this one to get a better idea. Chance and D5 were key here, thought Hawkins had a better second than he did first, as well.

-Tech strong on boards, avoids foul trouble: Besides D5 getting into some early foul trouble, this was a pretty clean game from Tech. I thought Tech did a nice job on the defensive glass for the most part. Just going to have to be more consistent with another big test on the way.

And yet another "conspiracy theory" is true re: January 6

Remember how it was a "right wing conspiracy theory" that there were FBI sources masquerading as Trump supporters on January 6?

I don't think it's any coincidence that Christopher Wray announced his resignation the day before the report came out. Turns out they had 26 FBI informants dressed up as Trump supporters in the crowd that day, a bunch who entered the restricted areas. These "progressives" that have infected the Democrat Party are unbelievable liars; literally anytime they open their mouths they are lying about something.

Russia Collusion, Covid, Hunter's Laptop, the border is secure, border agents were whipping illegals, now January 6. I can't wait until Kash Patel is in office and starts true investigations of this stuff. People definitely need to be going to jail, starting with Merrick Garland who committed perjury by telling Congress under oath there were "no confidential human sources" at The Capitol that day. I'm betting Garland gets one of the "preemptive pardons" Biden is preparing to start handing out to the biggest creeps in his party.

Crypto Projects

With Ethereum pumping over $3k. The bull cycle is in full swing. What are some new projects you guys are watching?

I am watching $JUP, Jupiter Project. Check the project here.

They have a fully doxxed team, two guys are military, and they're creating a fully decentralized messaging app called Metis (one of the moons of Jupiter), and they just created an NFT marketplace.

Currently around $30 million market cap and is about $0.04-0.05 range with the ATH being $0.12.

I am most excited about Metis. It will be coming to iOS first and then Android. Metis is fully encrypted and only requires a pin created by the app to talk back and forth to other people using that pin. Not to mention they also have already gained DOD approval.

Shill your projects away!
