Sydney Shiller an OF from Blanco has committed for the 2024 class.

Obviously he has the conference title and sugar bowl win last year, but i had forgotten how mediocre he’s been overall in his 2.5 years in Waco. 17-13 overall as a head coach. 10-11 in conference play.

Obviously the good outweighs the bad for sure, but just interesting to step back and look at.

His wins this year: Albany, Texas State and Iowa State

Tell me what to think about this. Feels like this is a game where OU puts Kansas in their place but they are also soooo bad.

I have a chance to see my 8 year old grandson play 1 baseball game, 1 football game and 2 basketball games next Saturday so I am selling my 2 seats for the WVU game. If you don’t mind sitting up high, these are 2 of the best seats in the house. Also will be in the shade by game time.

Section 105, Row 50, Seats 10 & 11 (basically between the 49 and 49).

They are located in the section at the top of Section 105 that is railed off and slightly elevated from row 49. Especially nice is they have at least one and a half if not two times the leg room of the standard rows.

$150 for the pair includes a parking pass for (R2/R4). You must be able to pick up parking pass by Thursday, October 20.

There's also a number of coaching candidates to take the helm in 2023, but who would be a good fit? We kinda do our best to guess - but until the postseason is over there's too many moving pieces. ALSO we did not mention it in the pod - because it was recorded before - but Payton Jackson entered the transfer portal on Tuesday. Huge loss for Texas Tech going forward in the transition.

I didnt much watch the game but saw the final score and wooooooof....... Are they just that bad? losing to a mediocre UT team by a billion in a rivalry game....... Not a good look heading into the SEC.

I love the cherry limeade and want to try this flavor. @ALL HANDS Is there anyplace in Katy / West Houston I can buy some? It doesn't appear that Specs or Total Wine have it. I could buy it online but I'd rather not spend $20 for shipping on $15 with of booze. It would also greatly pain me to buy something from a company with the name Longhorn in it!
