because so misleading & unfair. When should a MANUFACTURER be liable that wholesales a product to independent distributors that. in turn hire their own sales force when selling retail to a customers that will buy the product retail. Manufacturer has no control over once retail sells force after selling to wholesale distributors?
How would you feel if you owned a widget manufacturer that sells wholesale to independent distributors of your product that bought wholesale so they can develop their own sales force to sell retail? How fair & ethical is that to all companies that sell products wholesale to retail distrubutors?
So unrealistic & impractical to now make them also supervise hiring of retail salesman too? Really drive up cost of widgets too! Which be passed on to retail customer! Wake up ppl!
Sadly too few will see through that obvious flaw. People no longer analyze things well if at all.
