After the rest of the Big 12 played baseball Friday night, Texas Tech finds itself in sole possession of 1st place & atop the conference this morning. Okie State lost to West Va in Morgantown, 5-4 in 10 innings. OU won its first conference game by beating UT 6-1 in Norman and Kansas beat Rape U in Waco by the same score.
Since Iowa State doesn't field a baseball team, TCU is playing a non-conference series against Wichita State this weekend and won the first game in FW. All this puts the Red Raiders in First Place right now.
