I had this in the expansion thread but @WhitlocksSafety made a great point and thought it would be good as its own thread.
After the 7:00 mark of the video you really get to see the thinking of Yormark and where he wants to take the Big 12. I thought the idea of the concert series and Big 12 Mexico was huge. If you did not know, Yormark is going down to Mexico at the end of the month to set up Big 12 Mexico.
This conference seems to be in amazing hands.
