WVU got a pass completion for 20 yards down to our 2 yard line making it 1st and goal at the 2. They lined up wrong and ended up having to call time out. They scored on the next play. I was thinking at the time, why are you calling time out just run a play and have the QB run the ball up the middle. and worst case it is 2nd and goal from the 5. I bet Neal Brown wishes that timeout would have never been called. That timeout could have been used with 1:40 left on the clock after we did not pick up the 1st down and the clock went from about 1;40 down to 58 seconds. We punted and it went down to 52 seconds. Just a thought.
