without a doubt. I really enjoy the talks about football, OT stuff, etc, but it's amazing how "all or nothing" (irrational) people get.

Here are my scattered thoughts from the game and is open for discussion:

We covered the spread.

We started running the ball on O which stalled us out unfortunately. We don't have the Oline for it and a baby RB. What was working for us was quick screens. But let's be honest, pat was getting murdered back there especially when they would blitz. He played that defense good for a bit but the luck ran out and eventually became frustrated and clearly playing worse in the 2nd half.

We Need a better Oline.

And for defense, I watched our LBers blow assignments left and right. Especially Hinton, he filled gaps terribly. And yes, Kliff called a bad game with the 2 fourth down calls- but if he was successful they would have been great calls.

Let's not forget, 14 points on a kick return and a interception.

However you see the mistakes, it was a combination. If we ever become a consistent team on all sides of the ball, we will be good.

Also some bright spots: WR- these guys can catch balls- I'm impressed. Our DB's did really well even though kstate doesn't pass much. Some good pass break ups.

We could have definitely won that game, but we didn't. And that's how it goes.
