1) REPLY ALL!! Why is that so difficult. Obviously someone copied someone or added someone if for nothing else to keep them in the loop. It's not any more work and it's literally right next to the REPLY icon.
2) This one might rustle some jimmies but you don't need a 15 line signature and you don't need the 250 word disclaimer at the bottom - all the time! You don't need a Vince Lombardy or Red Auerbach quote on there about teamwork, no one cares. And if you feel it's absolutely necessary, after the initial email you take all that off when replying, so when someone goes to print the correspondence it's 3 pages and not 9!!
