The Texas Tech Lady Raiders season has come to a close after a run to the WBIT quarterfinals finally gave fans a glimpse of what this roster had the potential to do but ultimately did not in the regular season. Now an offseason looms with questions of what changes will be made to improve the program. How much of the roster can return? How much will return? Will there be any staff changes? This opening post will be updated over time as news and activity happens so feel free to bookmark the page to check in as you wish. I will add future posts after this with potential portal targets that I will update along the way with folks I am keeping an eye on. However, this picture of need will become a lot more clear once we see what this roster looks like after end of year one-on-ones etc I assume will take place this week if they haven't already begun. While Kirby Hocutt has confirmed Krista Gerlich will return as the head coach, any potential new additions to the staff would also provide a cleaner picture too. As it stands they have two roster spots open. I do expect movement though to make that number more than two but will only update it in here once any official movement happens.
