Has buyout restrictions equivalent or really close to what is currently owed to Kliff. So if he is owed 3M after this season, make the extension for 3 years and the total buyout as 1M per year remaining.
Has a "renegotiation clause" that allows for new terms to be drafted if Kliff gets things back in the right direction within the next 3 seasons. This clause can be initiated by Kliff or the University.
This would eliminate the (perceived) instability of the HC and staff from the minds of recruits and still protect TTU financially if they are forced to make a move.
