Tired of watching LB sticking their heads in the sand instead of tackling. DL not getting off blocks. DB not knowing where ball is. All of this is effort not scheme. Out of 85 players surely we can find 11 guys to put on defense that will at least give effort. I fault our coaches for not getting effort out of our guys. If players don't want to give effort, pull there rear end off the field and move on. Kliff it is time to draw the line in the sand and find out who is all in. If defense is about effort and heart we have shown neither.
