I just got a Whoop. I think I like it 🤷♂ Honestly I’ve only had it 48 hours so I’m still trying to figure out what it does and how it benefits me. It keeps saying I’m only getting like 5.1 hours of sleep or something. I’m pretty sure I’m getting close to 7...but maybe my sleep isn’t what it needs to be? Do any of you have one? Do you like it? Is it beneficial?
