Who was more raw coming out of HS? Mahomes or Heard?

My friend and I have an argument going about Mahomes and Heard. HE SAYS, Heard was more of a raw talent than Mahomes was. I say no, no, no Mahomes was offered to zero P5's except us, and had horrible mechanics. Heard was a 5 star recruit.

I guess the reason for this post is, I'm not crazy right? Heard was way more polished right? We just have the best offensive mind in college football.
