Who scheduled these game times?

There were some interesting matchups this morning and tonight. But this afternoon slate is terrible.

OU, UT, and Tech play at the same time. Were all the postponed games supposed to be midday? Crazy to me no Big 12 team is playing right now. That’s a lot of eyes that would be on FS1 either not watching or watching a different conference.
