Alan Bowman won the 4th spot in a majority vote and as a result there was no Run-Off necessary. I find that majority votes create a tiering effect on the list.

Now that Bowman is on the board it's going to be interesting to see how RRS spreads his votes. Do they go with steady and solid Big XII contributor (Howard, Steele) or do they go with top end potential (Vasher, Frye). Neither is wrong and it really depends on what you value.
I added Mannix to the list because he is showing up on award watchlists but that spot could easily be Henry, Thompson, or Ezukanma. I like to keep the ballot a 5:4 mix as far as offense:defense or vice versa.
