HC-Frank Wilson
OC-Graham Harrell
DC-Gibbs
I would keep our WR, RB and OL coaches if possible as well as Spav. Everything else is open.
I think the combination of Wilson and Juluke would kill it with LA recruiting and recruiting in general.
Kliff has always been a capable OC but get our best QB to lead the offense. Give Gibbs a raise to try and keep him, if he won't stay keep Spav and try to get some continuity.
Wilson has a low buyout, has been national recruiter of the year multiple times, and only makes $900k. You could save some money at $2m a year and require him to keep the same offense in place by hiring Harrell.
Wilson is an up and coming coach who is 43, recruits awesome, has Hc experience, and could be more of a CEO than OC. Financially it can work and he has in roads in Texas and LA.
I've seen a few other candidates but from a financial, recruiting, and upside perspective I think he makes a lot of sense.
