We need our coaches to have the mindset Leach did which was you give me any 22 players and I'll find a way to beat your 22. We need our coaches to stop protecting our our players because they don't believe in them. We need our coaches to teach what Spike and Carlen and JT taught. That's play with s chip on your shoulder. Swarm play hard and no one comes to Lubbock without a battle on their hands. On this Halloween we need those ghost to live in our coaches because our players need that message.
