I think we got lucky folks. Kliff/Kirby whiffed big time with their initial hires. But we gave Kliff enough time to correct his mistakes by upgrading his staff. Gibbs and Spav have finally turned over the awful defensive roster they were handed. I think the combo of Kliff tutoring QB's, Gibbs calling the D, and Spav spearheading recruiting can yield elite results.
