What terrible mismanagement. Regardless of what Wells' ability is, if he can coach better than he has the past two seasons, etc., it is clear the tide turned on him from a fanbase and team perspective. So our solution is to fire the OC? Who do you replace him with? How desperate of a situation would someone have to be to hitch up to this wagon?
I like wells, I wished it had worked out. It is clear that it didn't. At this point we should have held onto Kiliff. The results would probably be slightly better and at least we would only be paying one unsuccessful college football coach.
