What level is Northwestern State

I think most of us are assuming they were a trash opponent. After doing a little research I'm not sure thats true.

I am assuming some consistently from last season due to everyone being able to return this season.

Last season they finished 15-15. They did get blown out twice by LSU and SFA. Appears their coach quit on the SFA game as starter minutes were way down.

2nd game of the year they stayed within 14 against A&M.

They're not a tournament but they're better than many small school teams.
