I've heard from various sources that Tadlock has become "an old man" who hasn't enthusiastically embraced the new reality(see Gundy in FB), or that he is too loyal to his coaching staff, or that he and his staff are not evaluating and recruiting as well as they once were. What ever is the answer, this is simply unacceptable for a historically nationally competitive program. What have y'all heard or thought?
