West Texas Wedding Venues

Fiancé and I are starting to look at venues.

We live in SLC now, but will be married in West Texas (because it’s home for her, and very important to me) - does anyone know of or recommend any particular spot? There are so many, I’d like to hear if anywhere in particular was amazing or straight ****ing awful.

Would ultimately like to get a short list to plan a trip and go visit. Probably around 150ish people attending, would prefer to BYOB but certainly not a deal breaker.
