Back in the groove after a terrible week 3, a positive week 4, and now a more positive week 5. 201.4, that's about 11 pounds off since the start. Yay for me!

I've been quaffing Premier Protein shakes from Costco as a meal replacement 1 or 2 times a day and staying on my same cardio (2 to 4 miles a session, 2 to 4 times a week). I'm not doing anything particularly aggressively, but still losing weight so pretty pleased with that really. I am seriously considering kicking this into high gear to play out the next four weeks.
