If he is the guy to take Tech to the next level and compete nationally in the playoffs. With the talent and experience they have brought in the expectation is fully Big 12 Champion and playoff contenders. All has been given to him unlike any time I can remember at Tech. Top of the conference in facilities, unrivaled fan support, and excellent donor base.
There are no excuses, and make no mistake with two new coordinators things will have to gel pretty quickly. I do suppose one advantage of having new staff/system is the new players are all working from scratch.
