There was some talk about this in another thread, so I know some of y'all are into it, so I'll ask some questions here. Any gear advice? Do you use a dedicated pack or just put weights in a normal backpack? Have you seen any budget options (Goruck's stuff looks nice, but yikes!)?
I'm already a bit of a pack whore, so I have some options, but feel like the positioning/padding/etc of a dedicated pack may be better than just cramming a plate in the laptop sleeve of a pack.
