The Bradley Cooper movie about the life of Leonard Bernstein is an absolute stunner. I’ve gained a TON of respect for Cooper in the last couple of years and this cements it.
He writes, directs, and stars in the movie and manages to not get upstaged by the wonderful Carey Mulligan (who has a lot of Diane Lane in her 😉). The cinematography is first rate and the performances by both Cooper and Mulligan are Oscar-worthy.
Even if you aren’t a music geek, it’s well worth the watch. Currently available on Netflix.
