Waco apartment recs

Any of you who live in the Waco area have any recommendations on "non-student" apartment complexes there? Or which parts of town to choose and which to avoid? My daughter will be moving there in the next month, and is looking for a safe decent complex that doesn't cost a fortune. (I know, avoid Baylor football players . . . )
