Ok so I have googled the hell out of this and nothing they recommend works (allergy and/or the good Sudafed), so I am coming to the next best source.
For the past couple years I have been struggling with phlegm getting stuck in my throat during workouts, which I do about 30min after waking up in the morning. It used to just be during 30min on the eliptical, but lately even if I am just lifting weights I get it. It's usually very little, but I sound like an old man hacking up a lung to clear it and sometimes gag on it. When I feel it I try to go to the bathroom to not freak out all the people around me. Once I get it clear I am good. Sometimes lately even when I am not working out it'll happen in the morning, but not as frequently as when I workout.
Anyone have this happen and know of solutions that work?
